When placing an order via the Internet, a purchase agreement is concluded once you click “Submit Order” in the shopping cart. A preliminary order confirmation will then automatically be sent to you by email (provided that you have entered the correct email address). You can then review what you have ordered from us. If anything is incorrect or if you wish to make changes, please contact us by email or phone. You can also log in later and view your order on our website. A link is available both in your preliminary order confirmation and in our main menu.
Musikalen reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. In the event of a price increase after an order has been placed, we will contact you before delivery. You then have the right to cancel the purchase. We reserve the right for typographical errors in prices and product information.
For bulky, heavy, or oversized items, shipping costs may differ from the standard shipping rate. The same applies to deliveries to locations with limited accessibility or higher transport costs, such as islands like Gotland or other rural areas. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost afterward. If an adjustment is required, we will always contact you for approval before the order is shipped.
Naturally, all products purchased from us are covered by a warranty. At least 1 year warranty applies to all products (for consumables such as strings, drumsticks, and batteries, the manufacturer’s warranty applies and may be shorter than one year). This applies to both private individuals and companies.

If you invoke the warranty and the authorized service center determines that the fault is due to external damage and therefore not covered by the warranty, you as the customer are responsible for the repair costs. After approval of the cost estimate and repair, the product will be returned to you cash on delivery. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, you must pay the inspection fee. The authorized service center determines whether the issue qualifies as a warranty repair. If no fault is found, you will be charged the service center’s inspection fee as well as shipping.
Musikalen is not responsible for damage to property other than the delivered product. We are also not responsible for damage caused to third parties due to a defective product or for any indirect or consequential damages.
As a private individual, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase from the day you receive the item. The product must be returned in unchanged condition. Broken seals on software and audio interfaces, as well as all products containing software, void the right of withdrawal.
If you wish to return a product, you must first contact us to receive a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the item is returned in undamaged condition. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged. If damage occurs despite proper packaging, the shipping carrier is liable for compensation. Please note that the return is not approved until we have inspected the item. For approved returns, the refund will be issued to your account shortly. If the return is not approved, the product will be sent back to you and shipping costs will be charged. Items returned without prior contact and without a return authorization number will be sent back to the customer and shipping will be charged.
Audio interfaces, computers, software, and batteries cannot be returned to a substantially unchanged condition and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

If there is an issue with your delivery, such as an incorrect item, incorrect quantity, or damaged goods, please contact us by email or phone and we will resolve the matter immediately. You have 3 business days from the date the package is collected to report any delivery errors. Claims submitted later than 3 business days after collection will not be considered.
If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a legal guardian to place an order with us.
