Volker Hörauf has completed 3 years of training as a furniture carpenter, then studied 4 years in wood technology in Rosenheim, southern Bavaria, to Dipl. Ing. FH and has worked for 20 years in the wood industry.
Two years ago he took a course with Michael Sandén, since then he has continued to build in his own workshop in Traryd, Sweden and has learned more and more from Michael Sandén's philosophy of building.
